财联社11月14日电，国芯科技高管11月14日在2025年第三季度业绩说明会上表示，截至2025年9月30日，公司的合同负债约9.1亿元，比2024年12月31日的合同负债增长近三成，主要系预收客户货款增加所致。合同负债主要来源于公司定制芯片服务业务，公司目前上述订单充沛。
