当地时间11月13日，美国得克萨斯州联邦法官裁定，苹果公司和OpenAI必须回应马斯克旗下xAI公司提起的诉讼，驳回了苹果和OpenAI要求撤销诉讼的申请，法官要求双方提交进一步文件阐述各自立场。
今年8月，马斯克旗下人工智能公司xAI在美国得克萨斯州联邦法院起诉OpenAI和苹果公司，指控他们非法合谋阻挠人工智能竞争。
