财联社11月13日电，据央视新闻，当地时间11月13日，欧盟委员会负责经济事务的委员东布罗夫斯基斯宣布，当天欧盟向乌克兰拨付41亿欧元宏观金融援助贷款。此举标志着欧盟对乌181亿欧元宏观经济援助贷款全部到位。这笔贷款将以在欧盟被冻结的俄罗斯资产产生的利益偿还。东布罗夫斯基斯表示，此笔贷款将为乌克兰维持国防、公共服务运转并推进必要的改革提供支持。
