当地时间11月12日，美国微软公司首席执行官萨蒂亚·纳德拉在播客中谈及自研芯片进展时表示，OpenAI即便在系统层面上进行创新，微软也能全面获得相应的接入权限。微软首先会为OpenAI把其构建的成果落地实现，之后再加以延展。根据两家公司修订后的协议，微软可使用OpenAI的模型直到2032年及其研究成果直到2030年，或直到专家小组认定通用人工智能已实现为止。
