财联社11月13日电，据新华社报道，印度政府12日举行高级别内阁安全会议并发表声明，谴责首都新德里日前发生的汽车爆炸是一起“骇人听闻的恐怖事件”。这起汽车爆炸事件10日晚发生在新德里热门景点红堡附近，据印度媒体报道，已造成至少13人丧生、20余人受伤。
