11月12日，中洲控股（000042）发布公告，近日，公司董事会收到董事吴天洲提交的书面辞职报告，因个人原因辞去董事职务。吴天洲原定任期为2024年5月15日至2027年5月14日。
截至公告披露日，吴天洲直接持有公司股份15.9万股。其辞职后不再担任公司任何职务，且不存在应当履行而未履行的承诺事项。
2025年前三季度，中洲控股实现收入20.47亿元，归母净利润6151万元。
