兴城市 境内有18个乡镇存在禁止开垦陡坡地2685.14hm²，其中三道沟乡涉及面积最大，为856.38hm²，古城街道涉及面积最小，为1.35hm²。徐大堡镇、望海乡、刘台子乡、东辛庄镇、大寨乡、曹庄镇6个乡镇没有涉及禁止开垦陡坡地。
