11月12日，据报道，唯品会据悉考虑最早明年在香港上市。唯品会总部设在中国广东省广州市，主营业务为互联网在线销售品牌折扣商品，涵盖名品服饰鞋包、美妆、母婴、居家等各大品类。2012年3月23日，唯品会在美国纽约证券交易所上市。
