美妆集团Coty科蒂通过旗下子公司在英国商业法庭起诉Gucci古驰及其母公司法国Kering开云集团。科蒂首席执行官Sue Nabi近日在一场投资者会议上表示，该公司将“捍卫其权利，直到（双方）合约终止的最后一天。”
科蒂集团与古驰美妆业务的授权合同将在2028年到期。古驰美妆业务约占科蒂总销售额的8%，利润的 11%。2025年10月，开云集团宣布与欧莱雅达成长期合作，在与科蒂公司的合约到期后，把古驰美妆业务转至法国欧莱雅集团，开启双方为期50年的独家授权合作。（界面新闻记者黄姗）
