SK海力士正研发高带宽存储（HBS）
《科创板日报》11日讯，据业内人士透露，SK海力士正在研发高带宽存储（HBS）技术，该技术最多可堆叠16个DRAM和NAND闪存模块，并通过垂直导线扇出（VFO）连接，从而提高数据处理速度，有望让未来的智能手机和平板电脑具备更强大的AI算力。 (ETNews)
