当地时间11月9日，美国贸易代表办公室（USTR）发布公告，宣布暂停针对中国海事、物流及造船业的301调查相关措施。美国贸易代表办公室表示，该行动将暂停一年，暂停期自美国东部时间2025年11月10日凌晨12时01分起生效。美国将根据第301条与中国就调查中提出的问题进行谈判。
