11月10日，有山东网友发布视频显示，黄河上空出现了壮观的平流雾奇观。该拍摄者称自己家就住在黄河附近，该景象持续了近2小时，树木在雾中若隐若现，远处的桥梁与堤坝轮廓朦胧，宛如水墨画卷。
