11月5日，鼓楼区白云园南片区老旧小区改造现场一派繁忙，施工人员正加紧推进屋面、楼顶等设施出新，项目预计将于12月底完工。据悉，2025年南京计划改造138个老旧小区，涉及887幢房屋、约198万平方米建筑面积，将惠及近2.65万户居民。 本报记者 赵亚玲 摄
