新京报贝壳财经讯 11月8日，中国国航发布公告，公司总法律顾问张华因退休，向公司董事会辞去总法律顾问职务。该辞任即日起生效。
资料显示，张华于2016年8月任中航集团公司总法律顾问，2017年8月任中国国航总法律顾问，2020年3月兼任大连航空有限责任公司董事长，2022年9月至2024年8月兼任北京航空有限公司董事长。2022年12月兼任中航集团公司首席合规官，中国国航首席合规官。
