新京报贝壳财经讯 11月8日，西安旅游发布公告，公司拟以9.8元/股的价格，向特定对象发行A股股票数量不超过3061.22万股（含本数），募资不超3亿元（含本数），扣除发行费用后的募集资金净额将用于补充流动资金及偿还银行贷款。
