据多家媒体报道，《寂静岭2：重制版》微软应用商店页面已泄露。
据Trueachievements报道，从微软应用商店的游戏页面可知，《寂静岭2：重制版》将同时登陆Xbox Series X|S主机与 PC 平台，但奇怪的是，列表中并未标注对 “Xbox Play Anywhere”（Xbox随处玩）功能的支持。虽然商店页面未明确注明发售日期，但Trueachievements从后台信息中确认，该重制版将于2025年11月21日推出。
遗憾的是，此前流传的玛丽亚DLC“应愿而生”相关信息并未被发现。
