财联社11月8日电，据央视新闻，当地时间7日，美国联邦政府“停摆”进入第38天。“停摆”导致空中交通管制员和地勤人员短缺，美国政府下令于7日开始削减全美40座主要机场的航班数量。据航班追踪网站数据，截至当地时间7日下午，全美已有超过3500架次航班延误、约1000架次航班被取消。
