11月7日，晋拓股份（603211）发布公告，董事会秘书邱兴忠因工作调整于2025年11月6日提前离任，原定任期到2026年5月18日。邱兴忠在任期间未存在未履行的承诺，其持有的3.6万股股份将按照相关规定进行管理。

2025年前三季度，晋拓股份实现收入9.23亿元，归母净利润5588万元。
