11月7日上午，针对近日泡泡玛特在某平台官方直播间出现直播事故的消息，泡泡玛特对界面新闻回应称：“确实发生了直播事故，公司正在紧急调查，但不会开除直播事故中相关员工。”
截至11月7日午间收盘，泡泡玛特港股跌超5%，报205.6港元/股。
