11月6日，新希望公告称，拟与央企基金、欠发达基金共同投资成立新六创益乡村发展有限公司，注册资本28.7亿元。公司以货币出资21亿元，占比73.17%。合资公司成立后，将收购公司全资孙公司白银新希望、盘州新六和控股孙公司关岭新牧100%的股权，并在重点帮扶区域新设十六家子公司用于生猪养殖。
