近日，四川攀枝花仁和区土城南街的一个老旧小区，凭着铁门上挂29把锁的“硬核操作”在网上火了。尽管这套"土办法"短期内效果显著，但还是需要有关部门更积极地介入，既补齐硬件短板，又完善管理体系，为居民利益上一把“放心锁”。
