11月6日，赛腾股份（603283）发布公告，股东曾慧将其持有的510万股股份办理质押，占其直接持股的9.78%及公司总股本的1.85%，本次质押用于置换前期质押融资。
截至公告披露日，曾慧累计质押股份为2477万股，占其持股的47.48%及公司总股本的8.99%。
2025年前三季度，赛腾股份实现收入25.35亿元，归母净利润4.01亿元。
