财联社11月5日电，根据港交所文件，无人驾驶技术公司小马智行通过在香港的上市融资67.1亿港元（约合8.63亿美元），定价为每股139港元。面向香港散户投资者配售的420万股获得15.88倍认购。面向国际投资者配售的3776万股获得7.72倍认购。
