据菲律宾空军消息，11月5日，菲律宾空军的一架黑鹰直升机在执行任务期间，因其中一台发动机温度读数异常波动，在南莱特省附近实施了预防性迫降。机上人员均安全。
11月4日，菲律宾空军的一架参与台风“海鸥”灾情救援行动的直升机在菲律宾南阿古桑省坠毁，机上6人遇难。（总台记者 黄铮铮）
