11月5日，诺纳生物宣布与Umoja Biopharma（下称“Umoja”）达成一项评估与许可协议。双方计划将诺纳生物的HCAb Harbour Mice®平台和NonaCarFxTM平台与Umoja的VivoVecTM平台相结合，共同推进多款体内CAR-T细胞疗法研发。根据协议条款，诺纳生物将有权获得首付款、潜在选择权付款，以及合作项目相关里程碑付款。Umoja将负责所有后续产品的开发和商业化工作。
