11月5日，惠而浦（600983）发布公告，公司监事会于2025年11月4日收到监事会主席黄元提交的辞职报告，因个人工作原因申请辞去监事会主席职务。辞职后，黄元不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年前三季度，惠而浦实现收入32.97亿元，归母净利润3.17亿元。
