天气转冷，采暖季临近。目前，北京市各区已完成供暖系统上水试压、冷态试运行等准备工作，全面进入供热倒计时。据介绍，目前北京各区供热单位均已具备供热条件，若无异常天气情况，各供热单位将按计划启动点火试运行。本采暖季，全市供热单位已开通24小时服务。市民可拨打全市统一供热服务电话“96069”或通过微信公众服务号“北京热力客户服务”反映问题。（央视新闻）
