北京商报讯（记者 胡永新）11月3日，深圳金融监管局发布的行政处罚信息显示，中国信保深圳分公司及相关责任人因未按照规定使用经备案的保险条款、保险费率；承保风险管控不到位被罚，深圳金融监管局对机构给予警告并罚款11万元，对吴晶敏给予警告并罚款1万元。
