12306购票页面出现“宠”字，咋回事？

近日，有细心的网友发现，在铁路 12306官方购票页面的部分车次信息旁，出现了带有“宠”字的绿色方框标识。铁路12306客服中心的工作人员称，“宠”字代表的是这列车可以办理宠物托运服务。

A new green badge featuring the Chinese character "宠" (pet) has been spotted by observant netizens on the official 12306 railway ticketing website, signaling a welcome upgrade for pet owners traveling across the country.

目前已经有50趟列车标记了“宠”字。从宠物托运的热门线路来看，集中在北京往返上海、杭州、南京和深圳往返长沙等方向。

The most popular routes for pet transport are concentrated on lines connecting Beijing with Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Nanjing, as well as between Shenzhen and Changsha.

服务升级

宠物可无人陪护单独托运

列车托运宠物的服务，在今年4月刚推出时，只有京沪线上的五座车站10趟列车可以办理。短短半年多，已经增加到遍布多条线路的50趟列车。截至10月31日，累计托运宠物4757单，铁路12306购票托运服务也作出相应升级。

Launched in April this year with just 10 trains serving five stations on the Beijing-Shanghai line, the service has now grown to include 50 trains across multiple routes. As of Friday, a total of 4,757 pet check-ins have been processed, reflecting a significant demand for such services.

托运流程：

• 购票页面在相应车次旁标注“宠”字。旅客本人购票成功后，页面会自动显示“宠物托运”入口。

• 点击“预约下单”，选择出发站、到达站和托运日期，系统会实时显示剩余位置。

• 进入宠物信息填写页，填写托运人、收货人及宠物相关预约信息。

• 点击提交订单，工作人员会在2小时内进行审核，审核结果将会以短信方式通知。

The booking process on the 12306 platform has been upgraded for greater convenience. After a passenger successfully purchases their own ticket, a "Pet Check-in" portal automatically appears. The user can then click "Schedule an Order", select the departure and arrival stations along with the date. The system displays available slots in real-time. The final step involves filling out a form with details about the pet, the sender, and the receiver. Orders are reviewed by staff within two hours, with results communicated via SMS.

在前期试点人宠同车的基础上，目前已经推出了宠物“单飞”托运服务。

目前单独办理宠物托运，托运人须在计划托运日期的前2-5天，通过拨打95572客服热线进行预约，可托运1只宠物。相关办理站信息在12306客户端的“高铁宠物托运”界面中进行查询。

Building on the initial pilot that allowed pets to travel on the same train as their owners, the service has now evolved to offer a "solo" or unaccompanied pet check-in option.

For this separate service, owners must call the 95572 hotline 2 to 5 days in advance to make a reservation, with a limit of one pet per booking. Information on the 40 high-speed rail stations currently equipped to handle pet check-ins can be found within the "High-Speed Rail Pet Check-in" section of the 12306 app.

上下列车有“通道”

目前全国有40座高铁站可以办理宠物托运业务。

在郑州东站中铁快运营业部，给爱犬办理托运手续的牛先生，在12306预约购买了他和爱犬从郑州到北京的车票，当天提前抵达车站办理手续。工作人员称，托运人须在乘车当日开车前2-6小时内到达车站办理托运手续，携带托运人有效身份证件、有效期内的《动物检疫合格证明》。

The complete service cycle — from online reservation to final delivery — was recently demonstrated at Zhengzhou East Station. A passenger surnamed Niu, traveling with his dog from Zhengzhou to Beijing, had booked tickets for himself and the check-in service for his dog via 12306.

在完成资料填写后，牛先生在宠物交接区将自己的爱犬放入到工作人员准备的专用托运箱，开启了与主人的“同车之旅”。

大约两个半小时后，列车抵达北京西站，在完成“宠物信息”及宠物状态核对、身份验证等标准流程后，牛先生从专用托运箱中接回了宠物。

至此，高铁宠物托运服务从线上预约、线下托运到终点交付的全流程闭环成功跑通。
