近日，网约车司机梁某在上海长宁某路口遇设卡临检，为逃避执法，梁某冲卡逃逸，还将行车记录仪视频发到网上，后被警方追踪查获。梁某因涉嫌擅自从事出租汽车经营，或面临最高5万元处罚和车辆及驾驶证暂扣。此外，梁某因阻碍执行职务，被依法行政拘留。
