近日，河南许昌，一名女子因乱停乱放，车辆被交警依法上锁。
该女子为了省下200元的违停罚款，竟花50元找开锁师傅，企图私自将锁打开。
开锁师傅明知这种行为是违法的，但在利益诱惑和对方“我绝不出卖你”的承诺下，答应开锁。
最终，两人均被警方带走。
