10月31日，国家金融监督管理总局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国民生银行股份有限公司因相关贷款、票据、同业等业务管理不审慎，监管数据报送不合规等违法违规行为，被处以罚款5865万元。
同时，对王周屋、向敏、李斌、何凡、王仲翔、黄绍辉等6名相关责任人分别予以警告，并合计罚款36万元。
