人民财讯11月2日电，据“山西发布”公众号消息，近日，山西省财政厅首次通过北京证券交易所成功发行政府债券23.73亿元，期限包含5年、10年、15年、20年期，全场平均发行利率2.02%，平均投标倍数23.51倍。至此，山西省今年已累计发行政府债券1549亿元，其中新增债券发行885.64亿元，再融资债券发行663.36亿元。
