格隆汇11月2日｜据央视，美国一民间组织全国家长联盟当地时间11月1日称，数百万人的“补充营养援助计划”(SNAP)福利因“余额不足”而失效。全国家长联盟在一份声明中表示，数百万“补充营养援助计划”的用户当日未能收到福利金。据悉，大约4200万美国人依靠该计划来购买食物。
