据彭博社，Coinbase 正在就收购稳定币基础设施初创公司 BVNK 进行后期谈判，交易估值约为 20 亿美元，尚待尽职调查，最早可能于今年年底或明年初完成。Coinbase Ventures 已是 BVNK 投资方之一，双方目前正处于排他性协商阶段。Coinbase 第三季度约 20% 收入来自稳定币业务，公司正通过与 Circle 合作推广 USDC，并拓展包括支付在内的相关应用场景。
