神舟二十一号载人飞船瞄准10月31日23时44分发射。
按计划，飞船入轨后将采用自主快速交会对接模式，约3.5小时后对接至天和核心舱前向端口，与空间站形成三舱三船组合体。
此前神舟十二号至神舟二十号载人飞船均采用6.5小时交会对接方案。
