财联社10月31日电，据CCTV国际时讯援引多家美国媒体10月31日报道，美国政府已选定委内瑞拉境内多处“潜在打击目标”，包括军事设施，作为其所谓“打击贩毒行动”的一部分。不过，对于打击将于何时进行，目前报道不一。有报道称，特朗普政府“已决定实施打击”，行动“可能随时展开”。也有报道指出，“最终决定尚未作出”。
