财联社10月31日电，东土科技(300353.SZ)公告称，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式向张浔、刘新平等43名交易对象购买高威科100.00%股份，并向不超过35名特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。公司股票将于2025年11月3日复牌。
