2025胡润百富榜出炉，门槛50亿，东莞20名富豪上榜。目前上榜的富豪，大多数来自制造业，随着房地产不景气，曾经常年上榜的地产富豪，集体从富豪榜消失了。比如光大集团陈润光陈健民、三正集团莫浩棠、龙泉张佛恩、富盈刘学斌、汇景伦瑞祥，已经连续几年没有上榜了。唯一上榜的是大中集团王文诚，但主要是因为其他产业。
