北京时间10月30日，据媒体人李平康消息，国安在谈一个外教，人在北京，东欧人，还是以前的渠道。目前国安队的代理主教练是西班牙籍的拉米罗-阿马雷。
在西班牙教练塞蒂恩下课后，北京国安在10月7日宣布将同样是西班牙籍的助理教练拉米罗-阿马雷任命为一线队代理主教练。拉米罗曾作为塞蒂恩的助教，曾经协助他执教过比利亚雷亚尔和北京国安。
