吴说获悉，Pavel Durov 在 Blockchain Life 2025 大会宣布推出 Cocoon，这是一个基于 TON 和 Telegram 生态构建的保密计算开放网络，采用 GPU 挖矿，专注于隐私和保密的 AI 计算。Telegram 将积极参与该项目开发，预计于 2025 年 11 月正式上线。Durov 还提到，过去一年第三方开发者通过 Telegram Mini Apps 获利超 10 亿美元。
