近日，珠宝设计师、非遗传承人吴文胜爆料，其耗时近两年设计的“黄金大闸蟹” 作品疑似被仿制，出现在10月20日开业的张家港市山姆会员店，售价超50万元（509克，按当前金价计算）。10月27日，吴文胜表示已在10月21日维权，张家港市版权局已介入；山姆回应称已提交供应商材料研判侵权问题，涉事产品已下架。
