据彭博社，风投机构 Andreessen Horowitz（a16z）领投初创公司 ZAR，后者计划通过巴基斯坦本地小店推广美元稳定币的线下使用。ZAR 本轮融资共筹集 1290 万美元，参投方包括 Dragonfly、VanEck Ventures、Coinbase Ventures 和 Endeavor Catalyst。ZAR 表示，其平台已上线，用户可在街头小店扫码换取数字美元并绑定 Visa 卡使用。若试点成功，ZAR 计划于 2026 年拓展至非洲市场。截至目前该公司累计融资达 2000 万美元。
