10月27日，国家卫生健康委召开新闻发布会，介绍时令节气与健康（霜降）有关情况。首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院主任医师缪中荣表示，大部分的脑卒中是可防可治的，如果我们尽早发现有脑卒中的危险因素，要早期做到控制，就有可能预防脑卒中的发生。
