佛山二手房再刷新高！
据乐居统计佛山房产信息网显示，佛山上周二手房总计网签1209套，环涨0.75%，网签面积约14.46万㎡，环涨1.12%，双双创下近2个月新高。
一手房方面则在冲高之后略有回落。
数据显示，佛山上周一手房总计网签813套，环跌6.23%，网签面积9.91万㎡，环跌6.07%。
分区来看，以南海区和高明区的跌幅最大，双双跌破2成。而顺德区的网签量则领先于其余四区，单区成交342套，4.21万㎡，占据佛山上周总量的近4成。
