10月27日，澜起科技宣布已完成DDR5第四子代寄存时钟驱动器芯片（RCD04）的量产。据澜起科技介绍，RCD04芯片是高性能服务器及数据中心内存系统的核心组件，数据传输速率最高可达7200MT/s，较上一代产品提升超过12.5%。
