歌手郑智化吐槽，深圳机场致歉

10月25日，歌手郑智化在微博发文，陈述其在深圳宝安国际机场登机过程中遭遇障碍，引发广泛关注。

Singer Zheng Zhihua has condemned Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport over a distressing boarding incident on Saturday, accusing it of having an "inhumane attitude towards disabled people".

在微博中，郑智化称，其当日于远机位登机时，升降车平台与飞机舱门地板之间存在显著高度差，“升降车停至机门居然离机门地板25公分，我轮椅推不进飞机，腿也没办法跨进机门。”此外，他进一步指控现场工作人员处置不当，称“操纵升降车的司机根本不顾我的安全，完全不愿把升降板提高，冷眼看着我连滚带爬进飞机。”

郑智化批评深圳机场“对残疾人的态度是最没人性的”，并表示对此行为“忍无可忍”。

In his social media post, Zheng, who uses a wheelchair, detailed how a significant height gap between a boarding lift and the aircraft forced him to struggle into the cabin. He alleged the lift operator refused to assist, leaving him to crawl aboard.

针对歌手郑智化反映的登机情况，深圳宝安国际机场于10月25日傍晚发布官方说明。

Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport issued a statement on Saturday evening addressing Zheng's recent boarding difficulties, expressing regret and outlining immediate service improvements for passengers with disabilities.

In response, the airport announced corrective measures including prioritizing jet bridge access for flights carrying wheelchair users where possible. For remote stands, it will increase on-site assistance staff from one to two workers and trial newly developed boarding ramps designed to reduce the height gap, ensuring safer and smoother boarding for passengers with reduced mobility.

10月26日，歌手郑智化在微博发文回应“深圳机场致歉”称，深圳机场已经对他个人提出道歉，他不再追究此事，只希望借由此事，深圳机场能优化对残疾人士的服务和协助。

Zheng responded on Sunday to the apology from Shenzhen Airport, stating that he has accepted the apology made to him personally and considers the matter closed. He expressed his hope that the incident would prompt the airport to optimize its services and assistance for passengers with disabilities.
