针对美国近期以“打击贩毒”为由在加勒比海域采取的行动，巴西总统卢拉10月24日表示，一个国家不能仅以打击毒品走私为名，在不尊重其他国家宪法、他国人民自决权以及他国主权的情况下，对其他国家实施侵犯。卢拉称，如果这个世界变成没有尊重的法外之地，将难以为继。（央视新闻）
