财联社10月25日电，据环球网援引《乌克兰真理报》、俄罗斯卫星通讯社报道，乌克兰总统泽连斯基23日在欧洲理事会峰会上发表讲话时，提议调整美国“爱国者”防空导弹系统交付顺序，即让乌克兰优先于一些欧洲国家获得“爱国者”，之后在轮到交付给乌克兰时，乌方再对欧洲进行“归还”或“替换”。卫星通讯社解读称，泽连斯基意为呼吁欧洲暂时“借给”乌克兰“爱国者”防空导弹系统。
