10月24日，芯驰科技宣布，其E3系列MCU旗舰产品E3650已正式进入规模化量产，完成AEC-Q100 Grade 1可靠性认证，将面向客户接受量产订单。据介绍，目前，E3系列已整体完成数百万片的出货，覆盖50多款主流量产车型。
